Vaccinations
All canine guests, regardless of age, must provide proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Regular internal and external parasite prevention is recommended. If external parasites are found at check-in, a flea bath is required at the client’s expense.
Medications
We can administer topical, ophthalmic (eye), and oral medications as directed. We are not trained medical professionals and cannot provide care beyond these limits.
Urgent or emergency care
If urgent medical attention is suspected, the pet parent and emergency contact will be notified immediately. The guest may be transported to the nearest emergency veterinary facility or require prompt pickup by an approved person. The client is responsible for transportation and treatment expenses.
Illnesses
A guest diagnosed with a communicable illness must wait at least 20 days after diagnosis, or provide veterinary documentation of a clean health record after treatment is complete. We may decline reservations requiring medical assistance beyond our team’s capabilities.
Pre-existing conditions
We cannot accept guests in the late stages of terminal illness; requiring injections, drains, bandage changes, surgical aftercare, or similar treatment; with a seizure history or epilepsy; with severe heart conditions; with a bite history that could endanger the team; or who are incontinent or require diapers.
Meals
Pet parents provide enough food for their dog’s stay. Keeping a regular meal plan helps prevent upset stomachs and supports a comfortable stay.
Bedding
Clean, comfortable bedding is provided. Outside bedding or blankets are welcome when in good, clean condition.
Care & enrichment
Daily walks, outdoor time, physical exercise, mental enrichment, toys, games, and individual attention are included without extra care charges.
Cancellation
The default cancellation window is 72 hours. The exact fee and applicable service rule are displayed during booking from the owner’s current settings.
